Returns
Each product is printed to order, so unless the product is faulty, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. In the unlikely event your products are faulty, please contact us via the contact form and we will organise a replacement product. Faulty products must be returned to us within 21 days of purchase to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Shipping
Order turnaround time is 5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed.
